Lumeria is one of several zones located within the Goldilocks band of a tidally locked world, placed inside The Strip, a 300 km wide habitable area, bordered by 700 km of unpredictable environment. "Humans" occupy the central zone, scattered in isolated pockets within its boundaries. They are the distant mutated descendants of colonists forced to crash-land.

This is a 12-page comic zine: a field guide to its creatures, mages and places, ending with the opening scenes of Mayra, a courier who ends up carrying a glyph she never wanted.

Inside

  • Creatures: Embers, Stinkfawns, the Bricks, the Mimickbane and more
  • The Fallen: Archangels, Cherubs and Walkers
  • Mages, glyphs and Triads
  • Places: the Thorn Field, the Sacrificed Lake, the Arched Path
  • Mayra: an ongoing story
  • A map of the strip

Three files

  • Read on screen: the 12 pages in normal order
  • Print at home, A4 and US Letter: a fold-and-staple version

To print: use double-sided, flip on short edge. Stack the sheets, fold in half, and staple along the fold.

I'm loving this comic so much! The character designs are unique and the panel layouts make the action flow so smoothly. You're super talented definitely looking forward to the next update!

Thank you so much

You're so welcome! Honestly, the story concept and action flow are top notch keep up the great work! How long have you been working on this project?

One year and a bit. In my spare time.... When I had the time... Actually I like to draw and  build worlds.

Of course, There is a lot more material. The  field manual based on my posts and illustration reached 100 pages. But it's a little bit to much to flood my page with all of it :D.

If you are curious, I have a dedicated subreddit for it - https://www.reddit.com/r/Lumeria_World/ where illustrations are linked with related content and where you can read the zine online .

That's incredible dedication! Building a whole world with 100 pages of material is super impressive keep up the amazing work! I'll definitely check out the subreddit. Which part of this world was the most fun for you to create?

Being able to put on paper something you have in mind  is very rewarding.  Creating anything at all is very rewarding. :)
